        Compassionate, professional 
        caregivers and the personal care 
        services offered through A Plus Health
        Care do more than provide care, they
        permit you to remain at home in a 
        familiar environment, where you are 
        most comfortable.  
 
       Scheduling is designed to accom-
       modate your care requirements and 
       provide you with the assistance and 
       support you need.

       Our team of caregivers is prescreened 
       including a check of criminal and 
       motor vehicle records, reference 
       checks, and verification of profession-
       al licensure if  applicable.  A Plus 
       Health Care also provides caregivers 
       with initial and on-going training and 
      education.

        Personal Care Attendants and Homemakers are available 24 hours a day,
        7 days a week to provide the most convenient source of care to people in need. 
        They provide assistance with activites of daily living such as dressing, hygiene, 
        bathing, eating, positioning, transferring, toileting and meal preparation. 
        Medication reminders, light housekeeping and medical transportation are also 
        beneficial to our clients.   On occasion, clients are in need of more of a homemaker
        service, they are available to provide respite hours, socialization activities, 
        reading, conversation, companionship and even daily phone calls designed to 
        "check in".

        We also have Licensed Practical Nurses/Registered Nurses on staff at each
        of our seven locations.  Assitance with feeding management, therapeutic exercise, 
        long-term illness and medication management are just a few of the ways our nurses
        enable you stay in the comfort of your own home.  They are also responsible for
        visiting clients in their homes, supervising field staff, initial and 180-day client
        assessments, supervising client care services and helping with effective care plan
        development to ensure every personal need you have is accurately met.
