Kris Carlson, MBA, RN is the President and Owner of A Plus Health Care, Inc., established in 1990. Today this company is listed in the top 100 largest companies in Montana with over 550 employees, serving most of Montana.

She obtained a bachelor degree in nursing (BSN) from Montana State University 1986. Kris then graduated with Masters in Business Administration in Healthcare Administration (MBA) from City University in Seattle in 1993.

She began her career in medical-surgical, oncology, ICU and ER nursing in Olympia, Washington. Then for about 3 years she worked as a traveling nurse, working all over the United States. Then she returned to Montana where she worked as an emergency room nurse, staffing office manager, and human resources recruiter and the manager of Professional Registry of Health Care Services (PROHS) providing home care and staffing services for Kalispell Regional Medical Center. In 1997, she joined A Plus Health Care as the leader.

Medical Staffing Specialist, SHRM-CP, PHR

Amanda is the Medical Staffing Specialist and over sees the Staffing Solutions department at A Plus Health Care. She has worked in the human resource and staffing field since 2002. She has worked in health care as well as fuel equipment service. But the desire to help those in need has always drawn her back to the Health Care Field. Amanda received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate in 2008, and her Society of Human Resource Managers – Certified Professional (SHRM –CP) in 2015. Amanda is very active with SHRM and services on both local and state boards. Amanda is a born and raised Montanan originally from the Flathead Valley where she spends her time with her husband and 2 teenage children enjoying time on the lake and in the mountains.
